Option 1 - Tropical Party
Price - £9.95 per child
Available - Tropical Parties are available on weekends only between 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm (excluding school holidays). Tropical birthday parties at Pili Palas aren’t just fun – they’re educational as well!
Duration - Your party experience willa last approximately 2 hours, but of course you and your guests are very welcome to stay for the remainder of the day to enjoy the rest of the park.
What it includes:
Tour of Pili Palas
Join one of our Keepers on an expedition through the Tropical House and discover the wonderfully exotic butterflies and birds - but watch out for creepy spiders, snakes and dragons!
Our experienced Keepers will teach you how to handle some of the animals – so make sure you bring your camera along.
After your encounter with the slithering snakes & hissing cockroaches, why not cuddle our rabbits and guinea pigs and watch the meerkats play. You can then let off steam in our Adventure Playground, Play Barn and our amazing new Indoor Play Zone.
A gift for the birthday child
The birthday child will receive a £5 voucher to use in our gift shop – this voucher is to the value of £5 and no change will be given. Only one voucher per party booking.
A choice of hot or cold menu food
Hot menu – Choose from chicken nuggets, sausage or cheese and tomato pizza all served with chips, unlimited orange squash with vanilla ice-cream for dessert.
Cold menu - a Pili Palas picnic box that includes a choice of tuna, ham or cheese sandwich, mixed raisins, crisps, chocolate biscuit and a small toy. Unlimited orange squash with vanilla ice-cream for dessert.
One accompanying adult free per paying child
FOUR (4) adults will be admitted free of charge when accompanying the birthday child and ONE (1) adult will be admitted free for each paying child within the party.
Additional adults will be charged the group rate of £6.95 and any accompanying children will be charged £5.95 or can be added to the party for a cost of £9.95 which will include the meal option.
Confirmation
Confirmation of the number of children attending will be required 48 hours prior to your party along with the choice of food.
Parties may be booked for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 children.
Option 2 - Play Zone Party
Price - £8.95 per child
Available - Play Zone parties are available during the week only (Monday to Friday) from 3.30pm – 5.30pm (excluding school holidays).
Duration - 2 hours
What it includes:
Playtime at Pili Palas’ Play Zone
The children will enjoy 2 hours playtime in the Play Zone and Play Barn
A choice of hot or cold menu food
Hot menu – Choose from chicken nuggets, sausage or cheese and tomato pizza all served with chips, unlimited orange squash with vanilla ice-cream for dessert.
Cold menu - a Pili Palas picnic box that includes a choice of tuna, ham or cheese sandwich, mixed raisins, crisps, chocolate biscuit and a small toy. Unlimited orange squash with vanilla ice-cream for dessert.

Price - £350.00
Available - Play Zone parties are available during the week only (Monday to Friday) from 3.45pm – 5.30pm (excluding any school holidays).
Duration - 1 hour 45 minutes
What it includes:
Playtime at Pili Palas’ Play Zone
The children will enjoy 1 hour 45 minutes in the Play Zone and Play Barn
A choice of hot or cold menu food
Hot menu – Choose from chicken nuggets, sausage or cheese and tomato pizza all served with chips, a choice of orange squash, Blackcurrant or water will be served with your food and vanilla ice-cream for dessert.
Cold menu - a Pili Palas picnic box that includes a choice of tuna, ham or cheese sandwich, mixed raisins, crisps and ginger bread biscuits. a choice of orange squash, Blackcurrant or water will be served with your food and vanilla ice-cream for dessert.
One accompanying adult free per paying child
The Birthday child's parents both go FREE, plus one adult per invited child. Additional children (i.e siblings) and adults are subject to our admission fee on arrival.
With our Birthday package you will be charged for all children aged 12 months to 15 years of age

Confirmation of the number of the children's names will be required 48 hours prior to your party along with the choice of food.
Parties may be booked for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 children.

Q - Can i bring a birthday cake??
A - Yes of course you can, on arrival you will be able to take it straight through to the cafe
Q - Howe long does a seddion last?
A - 2 hours and a half
Q - Can I bring Balloons and Banners to decorate
A - Yes of course you can, you can decorate where the party food table will be set up
Additional Information
- A £40 deposit will be required to secure your booking (non refundable). Payment can be made by card over the phone, a cheque made payable to Pili Palas or by cash at the entrance and the remaining balance to be paid on arrival to Pili Palas on the day of your party.
- Pili Palas Annual tickets may not be used in conjunction with parties
- Party invitations are available to download and print if required
- Special requirements: If any of the children attending the party have any food allergies or special requirements, please inform us 48 hours prior to the party.
