Access Statement

There is ample car parking at Pili Palas with four clearly marked disabled spaces available. The car park is adjacent to the main entrance.

The approach to the main entrance is ramped making it easily accessible for wheel chairs and prams.

Coaches are welcome and there is normally enough space for them to park and turn around; however it would be advisable to phone during school holidays.

Disabled toilets are available outside the pay boundary. There are further toilets and baby changing within the premises.

The shop, café and attraction are wheel chair and pram friendly. The nature trail is not suitable for wheelchairs or prams.

Entrance prices are displayed at the main entrance.

The café caters for Gluten Free, Vegetarians & Vegans. Please inform a member of staff of any allergies beore ordering.

Undercover picnic area available in the park. No own food to be consumed inside both cafes 

There is one wheelchair available on a free loan basis at the entrance.

No Dogs are allowed in the zoo or in the park except for Guide Dogs for the Blind which must be kept strictly under control, no other Assistant Dogs are allowed for the welfare of our animals.

Discounts are available for school children groups, accompaning teachers or professional carers that hold a carer card - One professional carer admitted free per paying client when presenting a photo id card. There are also discounts for groups of 15 or more.
