- The Annual Pass admits the named adults only and is not transferrable for any reason
- Passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and allows unlimited entry to Pili Palas so you can visit time and time again - please note that the zoo is only open on the weekends during January until February half term (closed on weekdays)
- childminder passes are only valid for use between Monday - Friday (not valid for weekend use)
- 10% discount on cafe purchases when card is presented
- lost cards will need to be replaced at a cost of £5 each
- Annual passes are exempt from being used for birthday parties or any school visits
- Entry is subject to availability and Zoo capacity – pre-booking is highly recommended during any school holidays
