- The Annual Pass only admits the named adults only and is not transferrable for any reason
- Passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and allows unlimited entry to Pili Palas - please note that the zoo is only open on the weekends during January until February half term (closed on weekdays)
- 10% discount on cafe purchases when card is presented
- lost cards will need to be replaced at a cost of £5 each
- Annual passes are exempt from being used for birthday parties or any school visits
- An annual pass will limit pass holders to 1 session per day in the playzone (only while the playzone only offer is on between October - March) - however if you'd like a second session - this can be purchased at a charge
- During any school holidays please ensure to book your tickets online as we do run on limited numbers and tend to fill up fast
